There are six local Birds Barbershop locations open seven days a week. Three are located down south on S. Lamar Blvd and S Congress. Absolutely not. We are a full service salon offering cuts and color to women, men and kids. The way we see it, it’s a lot more fun when everyone’s welcome.
Yes you can. Click on the schedules page to see current stylist schedules at each shop. Sometimes popular stylists get booked up early, so we’ll place your name on the wait list for their next available time slot. This is a best guess rather than an appointment.
Yes. Our colorists are some of the best in town. Color is the one service where we take appointments for every day except for Saturdays and Sundays.
For cuts, you can call to get your name on the list for what we estimate will be the next available time. On busier days like the weekends, we can be booked before closing time. Call us at any time to see how busy we are and what our current wait is. For color, we do take appointments and require a $25 deposit in advance that will go towards your service.
We appreciate as much advanced notice as possible for a color appointment cancellation or rescheduling. There is no penalty if we have at least a 24 hour notice of a cancellation. However, if you forget or cancel on the day of your appointment, you will not be refunded the $25.
Anytime! We tend to get busier at lunchtime, after 5pm and on weekends, so we appreciate your patience if you’re visiting during those times. Regardless, we will always put your name on the list for when we think the next available spot will be.
